Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Opened or partially used products.
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Perishable goods (e.g. purées) that are not stored as recommended.
Custom or bulk orders made specifically for events or resale.
Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide a photo or video showing the issue.
Once verified, we will process a replacement or store credit at no extra cost to you.
Return Process
Send an email or WhatsApp message with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for confirmation before sending back any item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
